Initial Material
High quality alloy undergoes a forming & heat process, maximizing strength by compacting and refining its structure.

Flow-forging
The subsequent material is drawn under intense pressure to form the barrel component of the wheel.
3
Completion
Final machining and surface treatment concludes the production of our signature 2Forge range.
